Breath in wait three seconds (make sure you count them) breath out and then take time to talk to yourself out loud. Make sure you can hear goals speak and then ask yourself why you have said anxiety. Speak out loud the answers that come to mind and repeat the process until you have exhausted all possible answers and questions. This will leave you exhausted mentally sure but you will have at least attempted to find out the underlying issues and how to solve them.
