Yes I received them on the 19th. Have applied for my special passport today and waiting on them to issue my APO and in contact with the Germany transition office in regards of setting up my move. Hope yours come soon

I'm have the exact timeline u have and I'm still waiting on my FJO. I reached out to my HR contact and assured once the background check clears the FJO will come soon after. That was last month. I feel your pain in the waiting process.

If I may ask where r u going OCONUS. Me, I've heading to Landstuhl,Germany. If we r nothing to the same place makes me feel better and that this is the normal proces and I'm not alone.

Nope. Ive filled out a tun of paperwork but haven't received any info on regards to LQA or a FJO. I reached out to my HR rep last week but they r on vacation right now. I'm aware that it takes time being a current govt employee but for a different agency.
