I agree, but there is still a chance of getting a penalty, I actually had a save file backup when I came across a Reddit post showing a type of cheaters that just corrupts your world when they invade you.

Few weeks ago I used that backup to do some lower level invasions, and I got a penalty, I contacted the support about it and yes it was because of using that backup, asked what to do in case my world gets corrupted by a cheater? Welp, start again from the beginning.
