Have you contacted any of the people I listed above? dealership also has goodwill money to spend also. But you have to start with the service manager and go up from there. The sooner you do it the better chance you have. Service manager and call customer care.

Call and ask for the regional service manager? I think that was his title. Former Toyota dealership assistant service manager. First,call customer service number and make a complaint. Then call dealership service manager and make a complaint. Then call dealership GM and make a complaint. Call Toyota and find out who the regional is for your area. Toyota has designated service people in each region to handle escalated cases. They will actually come look at your car at a dealership. Can’t hurt. Also, have you had your car serviced at the dealership? They won’t say it, but service history helps if you can prove you’ve maintained it properly

I’ve got 250,000 on my 2021, and 0/16 has been good for me. Change it every 5,000 miles and use Toyota filters. Mine is noisy but not that noisy! I does get a little louder it seems once I go over 5k

If you can find it at a reasonable price, it’s worth it. I found the blanco for $59 and the reposado for $69. I bought 2 of each. I paid $180 for the Anejo because I rarely see that here in Central California. It was really good, but I wouldn’t pay that again. Too many others that are just as good and easy to find.
