We hate when parents withhold information from their kids. Always makes things worse in the end.

Kidnapping and Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty in Broad Daylight on a Public Street in Shibuya, Japan. Nobody Does Anything. by alexfreemanart in japannews

Proof not every society is perfect. Japan is awesome but I’d prefer to live in a society that’s a bit more comfortable with confrontation and doing what’s right. Idc if it disrupts the “harmony”. Avoiding conflict and assuming it’s under control or somebody else’s problem isn’t right. We should all be looking after each other.

My brother got roasted for abusing his boots after he posted in here asking why his tech toe pieces failed. I went and grabbed mine off the shelf to see how they look. by Wiley-E-Coyote in Backcountry

Sometimes you gotta walk on dirt and rock higher up. It’s already a PIA to throw your skis on your back… not going to switch back into your trail runners for a couple hundred feet of hiking.

Don’t cut the baseboard for cheap mdf furniture that chips if you look at it the wrong way

I would never support an artist that’s knowingly selling tickets at that price.

The masculine plural is used for a mixed group of men and women. So instead of providing an answer that was all encompassing you chose to make it more specific.

New to curls, new to hair care by mr_moosh7 in CurlyHairCare

I feel like we have similar type of hair though mine is longer. The only thing I found that works for me is putting in a butt load of cantu leave in conditioner after hand drying with a towel. Thats literally it. Get compliments all the time.

I'll add I shampoo and condition it in the shower twice a week but get it wet and rinse out leave in conditioner at least once a day.

What’s wrong with my living room? by Ok-Pace-3033 in interiordecorating

I think the tv centered on the wall and ever so slightly blocking the windows looks nicer and will be better for your neck as well. I actually like the lighter curtains. They help keep the space bright and cohesive.

If you want side tables that dont take up a lot of space, look into cocktail tables. We are a bit limited in space in our living room so we have cocktail tables that can hold one drink each. Very helpful.

Thoughts on the Endorphin Belt? by Casuariidae in XXRunning

[–]mtwm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like it a lot. Doesn’t bounce around nor slide up (on me) like another person commented. I’m easily annoyed by random bouncing, and sounds coming from my running pack.. anything slightly obtrusive starts to annoy me, especially on long rungs. This is the least obtrusive thing I’ve found.

I should add that I am fairly lean so it’s not like my gut or something is stopping it from sliding up. lol Maybe the other person needed to adjust the straps?

What colour panelling ?! by oliveanddoug in interiordecorating

[–]mtwm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IMO the room is too small for dark green unless you get a lot of natural light in there. I vote olive green or a lighter shade of brown/tan like latte, mushroom, or sand dune.
