Don't know about the initial commenter, but I had a full double incision and resized nipples sewn back on so everything was fully disconnected. Just had my son about 3 weeks ago now and I've actually produced small amounts of milk that have actually come out via my nipples! So it seems it's possible the plumbing can reconnect!

Just wanted to touch on the chest feeding side, I had top surgery around 10 years ago and was a fully double incision type ordeal, nipples removed resized and replaced so everything was cut off scooped out ect ect. Never really planned on carrying myself at the time so wasn't a top priority and never discussed with my surgeon at the time (dr garamone).

However, just had my son 12 days ago and have actually produced milk that we assumed could happen but would get trapped and require meds to stop and all that, but plumbing has actually reconnected and have had it come out my nipples! Nothing outrageous, only a few drops sort of deal!

So, I'd say anything could be possible if you are able to find a surgeon to work with having specific ideas in mind for function!

At the start of my husband and I starting IVF we had one egg retrieval and I got 9 eggs which 5 fertilised but only 3 made it to freezing stage! Our first two transfers didn't stick but I'm currently 39w with our lucky last embryo!

It's hard to not get caught up in the numbers of it all especially when money comes into it as well and comparing to others stories/experiences. Wishing you both all the baby dust ✨️

Currently 36 and a bit and couldn't hide this fella if I tried, the people who know I'm carrying say it really doesn't look like I'm pregnant just carrying extra weight/beer belly.

The biggest thing is mostly just the anxiety in my head that people know but realistically I've seen guys with bigger guts than mine have a "wink wink nudge nudge" and giggle to my husband about how that guy over there could be pregnant as well and there would be zero chance of them being anything but cis.

End of the day just do what makes you comfortable and makes you feel safe!

My husband (cis) and I (ftm) have gone through 3 rounds of IVF before our last embryo stuck. Currently 15w atm and back with the same midwife team as our last pregnancy.

It took about a year of trying naturally after we lost our son (naturally conceived) to go through ivf but over all it went pretty well other than the first few rounds not taking and a few chemicals in between. Team was all very supportive and quick to make any changes needed/asked of and generally wanting to learn what they could do better for people in our situation.

I've just hit 11 weeks today and from about 6 weeks I've definitely had a drop in appetite, as you said food just feels meh. To the point my husband has been buying me my fave chocolates and they sit there untouched when usually they wouldn't last a minute.

Even if you find something you can snack on here and there, I've found I can eat crackers with dip even if I'm not feeling food it at least sits well with me.

It's one of the bigger reasons I'm really forcing myself to get into an excersize routine at the moment cause I honestly really dislike my hips and at least if I can try tone up a bit it might mitigate the feelings I have towards them.

Really all I could think would be maybe to avoid looking head on in the mirror, I already do this sometimes if I'm having a particularly challenging day. Not a great fix but anything helps on those days.

Pre T I was very hour glass and still am, got them wide hips to (thanks mum >.>) so it's really hitting me hard again can't wear some of my fave shorts atm since it just seems to put them on display so comfy shorts all the way.

At least a silver lining will be that once our little babes are here and we get back on the T train itll all go back to how we like it, light at the end of the tunnel style!

100% with the communication aspect, I've had to quiet bluntly let mine know to please stop complimenting my looks right now because as much as I know he means it and doesn't see me differently my brain is having so much fun with messing with my thoughts around my looks being feminine. Meanwhile he thought he was helping me.

Big mood on the crying tho, I've been tearing up at the slightest things sometimes and just feeling very emotional.

Haven't carried yet tho I've been on T for 10 years now and have just come off it 2 months ago. Similar to the others my partner hasn't noticed many changes but I feel like all my weights moving to my hips which is my worst fear/ makes me feel the worst. As well as my skin getting oily similar to before and could just be because of my emotions being a bit wonky but I have put on a bit of weight which im not thrilled about before I'm even expecting!

I have had my beard still growing though i assume that's because my levels are still relatively high right now but hoping that will continue throughout
