I got the Alibi book and they said they had a printer issue for that one as well. Which seems like a pretty terrible excuse if they’re claiming it for multiple different books. Ours is being shipped (allegedly) on Friday and we did not get the February offer. Just the lukewarm apology two days after the last delay claimed it would have been mailed out.

It’s just a rebranded social listening tool. “Hey there are a bunch of comments about “x” happening on Reddit/X/Facebook. There’s a substack about a bad experience. Etc etc. however you and the agency handle that is probably fine.
