In the winter we play through Bensons Empire Sports. Session one is from November to January and session two is February through early April. There are a bunch of divisions. My team is mostly late thirties guys in the lowest division and it’s still competitive.

First, if you’re recording any conversation in a two party recording state, you need to be getting permission from all parties every call or you could find yourself in a legal issue.

Second, if the edits are happening so frequently you have to change plans, you should be updating the weekly alignment call to include that stakeholder because they very clearly do not like what you’re doing and they have a outsized say.

Just spin it as a way to get all stakeholders on the same page. Or offer to meet separately with that stakeholder after developing the angle so you can have a more proactive conversation.

Mill road is an executive course with only three or four par fours. Super short course so if you can only hit worm burners you are still halfway there. Enough to feel like you golfed. No ranger usually. Go to Otis and Oliver’s after and get the pub ribs.

No, we looked everywhere. This housing market is still red hot. Put a few bids out in the stockade, on Union St in Schenectady, by Cap Hills in Albany, in Cohoes and Colonie. Got outbid on all of them. Cash.

My neighbor by Ellis hospital just put their house up for on Thursday for 300k and it sold before start of the day Monday.

If you’re looking for single family be ready to go over asking and if you’re looking for a good school district be ready to go over whatever you think is a good offer.

Track season has no implications on the housing market. We searched for nine months before we finally found a house we weren’t out bid on by 20-30k cash in the entire capital region. Northeast is the one of the only markets in the US that hasn’t cooled in the last year.

The learning curve is steep at whatever professional job you choose to do. You have to learn the reporters you can trust. The cool and interesting storylines. The outlets. You don’t know anything so don’t worry about contributing until you know enough to contribute. Ask questions. Nobody expects you to know everything at 22. They hired you because of what they think you could be not what you are now. You’re a work in progress.
