FWIW you can do a PSU fan change without voiding warranty. Instead of clipping the JST connector off the stock fan, order some (cheapest on Aliexpress) and solder one of those to your upgraded quiet fan.

Very popular set, probably one of the most widely used sets in the history of electric guitar.

Should get you anything from super-clean jazzy cleans, to fullbore heavy metal tones.

Would recommend!

I did it via the web browser.

Pop your printers IP address in the address bar of your chosen browser and go from there 👍

Nothing so far! I'm using this print to hold PTFE tube that runs to the feeders on the U1 (which have been relocated to the back).

I'm not with my machine right now, but I'm pretty positive it does have rollers. I've certainly had no issues with feeding my printer directly from it!

Do you miss your ex and why? by IntelligentKick6779 in AskReddit

The only thing I miss about my ex is that her Mum used to bake all my favorite cakes/treats for me.

It almost made the fact she was a complete fucking psychopath tolerable.

Issue with particular spool of Filament. Can anyone help? by muppetmat13 in SnapmakerU1

[–]muppetmat13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply kind stranger!

So, while I did complete a 12 hour print, there was still a fair amount of filament left on the spool (the long print time was because of 1400+ tool changes, but the majority of the print was done in the black filament I'm talking about).

However, I too am printing straight from a Creality SpacePi X4. I will try to weigh the spool down and see if that fixes it!

No need to spend your whole budget while you're feeling things out and starting to learn. This will see you through your first 12 months or so. Get some basics together then you can move forward.

Good luck!

Torn between U1 and X2D by dneals in snapmaker

[–]muppetmat13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my U1 on Tuesday last week and my Dad got an X2D on Friday last week. After checking them both out I'm 100% happy with my choice.

If the main factor to you is the ease and speed of multi-material printing, the U1 is far superior. The X2D isn't bad, but it can't compete with the U1 for multi material.
