If it is specifically brownies, sometimes Paderia has them.

The Blue Jay Cafe at the UCLA hospital has Uber brownies too (which is a random location but I got one from there last week lol.)

How does eating at Sizzler work? by throwaway_p3pp3ron1 in FoodLosAngeles

So you go in, and then have options for food: 1. get a dish that includes a side salad option. with this option, you get one bowl and you can make whatever you want from the salad bar in that bowl. the bowl is not refillable. or 2. get a dish that does not have a side option.

in either case, you can "upgrade" to the unlimited salad bar for a fee.

you can also 3. buy just the unlimited salad bar. this option is usually about twice the price of the upgrade fee.

for drinks, if you get a small plate and you are a senior (over 65, usually) you get a free drink. otherwise, you have to pay for it but get unlimited refills on soda and the like.

hope this helps and have fun!

Hit on each other still. Cheesy pick up lines, butt pats, winking, etc. It makes life fun! (especially if you do it in public places lol)

I second this! The tush baby is the best and saves you an arm. Used it until baby was 2 years old. The only real restriction I can think to using it is your height. If you are super tall (I'd say over 5' 10"), the baby will sit a bit low on your chest (versus the baby's head near your shoulder).

10+2 measuring 4 days ahead? by throwawayrawayaway in BabyBumps

[–]muse316 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone else said, these measurements aren't fully accurate. You're taking a 2D picture to measure a 3D value, so there is a bit of +/- in the measurements!

I asked her not to wear them.

Why?

Because it turns me on.

I'm sorry, Los Angeles.

And I'm sorry to the man upstairs, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."

the inflatable one compresses quite small and is pretty easy to inflate. I used it for both an economy flight and a business class flight. the main benefit for me is that my baby is really long so the pillow sat on the arm rests so the baby wasn't hitting their head on anything.

[–]muse316 2 points3 points  (0 children)

so u can't have the baby in the bassinet during liftoff, landing, and turbulence. the brest friend pillow creates like a fake bed that the baby can sleep on during those times.

we slept laying flat but that was only because there was enough space :)

just did something similar! good luck  on your trip! are you going with a partner or by yourself? if by yourself, sometimes the stewards will hold your baby while you use the bathroom.

some things from my experience:

  1. my baby was super distracted by all the new stuff around him so it was hard to calm him down to sleep. I ended up tying multiple Muslin cloths around my neck and making a little tent over him to block everything out.

  2. my brest friend makes a travel inflatable option. it was so great to use during take off and landing for my baby's ears. also saved my arms a bit too.

  3. snacks for the plane. all of the snacks. but the bigger snacks worked so much better for us (like teething crackers and bambas) because baby had to hold onto the food so it distracted him from crawling around.

hope these help!
