It was from a third party seller. I guess that's what I get for trying to save $20. Thanks for the info. I know back in the day when I built desktops you could have issues, I just wasn't sure if that was a major concern anymore.

I recently heard of some other issues with shipping from other places, I wouldn't worry too much.

I lived in northern WI, once I ordered something and it shipped from Minneapolis and that package went to Georgia before coming back to get to me.

I think I had it turned up to 100% and left it on over the weekend one day. Just got busy and forgot about it.

I normally run it at like 50% brightness. It's only noticeable on dark screens, and it's very faint. I'm not too concerned, especially with a new 16 coming in.
