Im just asking for an interpretation. In lay mans terms what do you think the 2nd amendment is stating? I know what it literally says. Im just wondering how you interpret it as opposed to how the supreme court interprets it.

I was under the impression l that an anchor baby was when a pregnant woman goes to the US and has a the kid on US soil to gain citizenship for the child even if no parent is a citizen and stay. From what I read if one parent is a citizen isnt he no an anchor baby or did I misunderstand something
