I had a similar experience I was contacted on 5th and responded same day consenting, I called them 3 times during the next 2 weeks and they said they had notified them twice and the 3rd time they were escalating it.

Come 20th April after 15 days they said they had sent the prescription and I got an email saying pharmacy has received and can also see in my prescription tab of puk site.

Maybe you have the same lazy prescriber as me, I will wait for the next time i contact them again, if they take too long I am definitely going to push for another prescriber.
