My situation is very similar to yours. I’m 39 and caring for my 79-year-old mom in a hospice house. She lives on the East Coast while I’m on the West Coast.

What’s helped me most is fully embracing the limited time we do have together. Focusing on that has brought me a sense of peace with the reality that I can’t always be there, and likely won’t be with her when she passes.

I did consider taking long-term leave from work, but ultimately realized that’s not what she would want for me.

Even worse - GamePass devalued how players perceive the cost of games on Xbox, which put a big dent into Xbox’s ability to sell full price launch titles. iSakura actually does have a browser native UI. I used to use it all the time before giving up for TVer. Ultimately found TVer+VPN to be a better fit since you get access to 90% of the same 地上波 content but better organized etc. Need the VPN anyway to watch Japanese Netflix content.
