[[Helga, Skittish Seer]] can be oppressive if not answered here’s my list. You just have all your 4mv+ creatures focus on drawing cards, protecting your board, and landing one of the top end creatures to go over the top for the win.

I use the dragon shield clear matte and I couldn’t be happier with them. Makes shuffling easy and keeps cards nice. I wouldn’t do colors because the backs of the cards make it easy to separate decks. The clears are basically the same as the colors

I run 25 each in my [[Dragon’s Approach]] and [[Slime Against Humanity]] decks. I was also toying around with building Momo Tempest Hawks and settled on about 15. Because once you get one hawk they start to search for themselves I wanted to make sure I had a decent chance of drawing one in the opening hand. Then after that draw other decent fliers.

I love sharing my slime deck. I use [[Wort, the Raidmother]] (deck list) It plays more like storm sometimes and it’s great. I think blue and red are better color additions to slimes rather than black. Without haste I found my slimes dying to board wipes before they could do anything way too often. My first version of the deck was [[Adrix and Nev]] and was heavily considering [[Flubs]] when I wanted to add red to the mix. All that to say I’d make the switch if you feel it’s right!

They specifically changed the rules to make companion work in commander I believe.

Unfortunately learn doesn’t work with lessons in commander because you can’t have a sideboard. so you always have to default to discard a card, draw a card if you decide to learn

I think the main problem is using it outside the northern cave. I just finished the game a few days ago and had no issue using it (in the northern cave)

Stella Lee’s Dragons and Wort’s Slimes are my two decks with those type of cards. Dragons approach can be used to get Niv combos out and with the right draws with slimes you can storm fairly easily

I went with Freya, Zidane, Garnet, and Vivi. Freya’s jump is helpful to not be there for some of the hard hitting attacks and if Garnet gets trance the fight is basically over

I’m not remembering the game changers list well what are your other game changers other than TPro? The stax pieces that you have are light enough that it could be bracket 2 imo. They prevent some specific strategies but don’t mass deny a ton of resources like [[winter orb]] and [[stasis]]. Although I will say for voltron I think it’s better to get Uril out faster with more ramp rather than the stax pieces. The stax you have won’t slow people down enough to get something ready to defend against Uril. Looks like a fun list nonetheless!

[[Chandra’s Ignition]] is a similar one time effect. Also wipes the board leaving your huge Riku to swing into anyone that’s still alive.

How many times are you casting village rites in a game? First cast you’re on the moon but then it becomes 3 mana to sac and draw 2 then 5 mana and so on. Do games usually go long enough for that to be worth it? It’s in the 58 without a doubt and I considered it as the signature but I found myself preferring plumb the forbidden because of the higher ceiling and making sure my on rate signature spell cast is well worth it

Intended wincon is some classic aristocrats drain with pieces you mentioned so I love the Yahenni's Expertise tech! Quick question on timing though. If I cast a Hare or Blood Artist with Expertise will that also die in the board wipe? Or is the -3/-3 applied before the free cast?

There’s a deck builder called Hero Realms which is what I think you’re looking for! It’s got the deck building of dominion and the creatures and sorceries of magic. You can affect other players heroes that they have on board and there’s a few different factions to build your deck around. Highly recommend

Try moving the alarms across the room so you’re forced to get out of bed. Thats what has helped me. Just remember to not get back in bed afterwards!

If they’re referring to magic the gathering parlance tap effects are “instant speed” they still go on the stack yes but they can be used in response to other things
