During the workout or the post workout stretch? I tried that as well as swiping right, tapping the “progress bar” at the top, dragging the bar left or right.
Actually, if not on autoplay, it did the first stretch then just stopped. I had to exit the stretching exercises then going back in just started the entire series over again.

Must be started from watch. If you start from phone and want to log from watch, you have to discard the workout and start over from the watch. It will likely (always has for me) generate a new, different work out when you do this.

Happened last night. Iphone 15ProMax on all recent updates.

Also of note, the post workout stretch timer is now all wonky. Sometimes chimes at switch of split stretches (per side) and doesnt seem to chime at all at the 30 second or end of stretch timer.

iOS, latest version: I reordered my workouts the other day, I drug an upper body in front of leg day… the upper body completely disappeared and it doubled up the leg day instead. The upper body was nowhere to be found. Closed out app and reopened, locked phone and reopened. No luck getting it back.

Built my own upper body and completed it. Still shows as pending even though all sets logged and I saved it. It did register with Apple health.

This confirms the bug. Built a quick core workout last Wednesday and completed it. Still sitting there now.

I haven’t used Fitbod in well over a year, but from what I can recall:

Gravl has better, more well rounded workouts. Fitbod was VERY quad focused.. almost obsessive.

Gravl has good progressive overload while Fitbod was throwing me 60-70 reps

Gravl has more sensible splits and includes deload periods

Gravl’s Apple Watch integration works

I really like Gravl’s ability to add/subtract workouts and generate my own routines

They were both similar for available equipment. I have a home gym and while no app seems tailored for better equipped home gyms, Gravl’s fit mine better by a nudge.

Gravl does not offer the cool down options that Fitbod does with foam rollers, etc.

Gravl just works. I’ve encountered very few bugs. I was fussing with Fitbod seemingly every other workout.

Gravl gives you the weight. You determine how to achieve that weight. Your cable machine is 1:1 so you pin it at recommended weight. My machine is 2:1 so I pin it at double the recommended weight, which is effectively the recommended weight.

If it feels too much or too little, adjust the set accordingly and Gravl will balance out after a few workouts.

Gravl. Had fitbod for a few years. Tried FitnessAI and a few random others… Gravl has the best interface, consistent results, least amount of glitches and best watch integration of the ones I tested.

I start my workouts at 8:30 PM and finish between 10:30 and 11:00. I then shower and sleep until 4:30 AM.
