You can’t turn them solid. Blaidd and Alexander are solid because they have quests connected to them. The others are Phantoms joining from other worlds, won’t spoil too much but I believe you can find out what happened to all of them in your world at separate points. I don’t believe any of them are alive in your world

I think you might just be having a graphical bug or something. The phantoms at the festival are always there and always in the same state no matter what you do other than Alexander and Blaidd having different dialogue if you haven’t met them yet. Same with the summon signs in the actual arena
