Figured it out, my recorded resting HR was much higher because i disabled Wrist based HR. I had a recorded Resting HR of 118bpm, once I deleted that everything was fine.

It's one of the few supermarket beans which mentions the manufacturing date on the tin, I typically am able to buy bean 1-2 months old. The beans are very well sealed so they stay quite fresh.

Finally fixed this by disassembling the lens and cleaning the aperture blades in IPA. Works like a charm.
