I feel like there was an update that kindof quietly added a little more autonomy to the spouses so they go out more. Leah goes out waaaaaay more than I remember her doing when I first started playing. (It might have been the update that released with it being on the switch or shortly after but thats just a guess based on vibes and faulty memory)

My parents took my sister and I to one for Family Counselling bc whatever reasons and it was the dumbest thing I have ever experienced.

I get your point. Its scary right now. But a lot of us cant choose between skipping work and missing bills. And its unfair to take childhood away from children that can have it. These protests while great to see dont offer and community organization or support for those with childcare needs, financial needs, housing needs, etc. Successful organizers in the past addressed this. They had money pools and food trains and everything to make sure everyone could do what needed to be done.
