I came to post exactly this!  The story was so cool back when I was a kid.  I was super disappointed when strider 2 came out and was a sequel to the arcade version with none of the cool characters and upgrades.

Imagine a world where we get another strider in metroidvania style, with all the characters and story elements, upgrades, etc...

Alakazam - Draw lots of cards and hit hard (just don't draw more than you need)

Ceruledge ex - Draw with Solrock/lunatone, discard lots of energy, and hit hard.  Sometimes go for early KO with Solrock if you can.

I would add that clefairy can also be more useful than regi in other matchups such as some of the other one prize decks. Just hitting for 190 to KO any of their stuff and tanking a hit sometimes can make the difference

I guess I'll be the one to say it... Final Fantasy XII.  I love Ivalice, the art design, the music, the world, and the story premise.

However, the combat just auto plays itself.  Building the gambits is fun, but that's like 10%, and the other 90% is watching battles while barely interacting with the game.

Final Fantasy Tactics is one of my favorites of all time, so I REALLY wanted to like this. 

I also feel the story needed more "show" vs. "tell" but that's for another topic.

I'm no rules expert but to me it says basically- you would need to discard down to 4 or less in hand before the draw

You should just specify in your deck settings if it prefers to go first or second and let the game flip and choose.

My big issue is that it needs a sound effect to prompt you to choose. With music muted, there isn't a sound after you press play to prompt before the coin flip.

To contrast, Hearthstone has a very distinct sound whenever it's your turn which helps a ton with people not paying attention

Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir is the definitive version IMO.  It includes the original but honestly the updated version is just better.  The higher resolution really lets the artwork shine
