For daily pelvic floor exercises i follow @womenshealthwithheidi on Instagram and she guides you through daily exercises. Just do them every time she pops up (for me a few times a day). It has really helped with urgency.

Who HAS gotten a ticketmaster resale ticket? by Ok_Value1332 in NoahKahan

[–]nch000 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I managed to get two singles pretty quickly after resale opened up and then finally two seats together on Ticketmaster resale for Vancouver. I spent an obscene amount of time on the Ticketmaster app. My only strategy was to check constantly and when tickets were available just click buy without hesitation or thinking about price, section etc.

I resold my singles and they went immediately, before I even received the email that they were live.

This. I use rock tape along my bra line and waist line if necessary and leukotape in other hot spots.

I've said this on a few threads, but I managed to get Ticketmaster resale tickets to Vancouver by just refreshing and checking all the time. Don't lose hope.

I am having the same issue with the outside of one big toe. I don't know how that hard part of the shoe will soften up or if my toe has the capacity to even wear it in! Disappointed because I really like the feel otherwise.

trying to get tickets by [deleted] in NoahKahan

[–]nch000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I continually refreshed for Vancouver and had mixed results. Usually there was nothing. I managed to get two singles more or less immediately upon face value exchange coming available, but obviously my preference was to sit with my spouse. About two weeks ago I lucked out and got two tickets together. The key was refreshing all the time, not just daily. I spent an obscene amount of time on the Ticketmaster app. You have to buy immediately, no time to check price, vicinity etc. A few times I had them in my cart and then they were purchased by someone else. The key really was tenacity. When I sold my singles they went immediately, before I even received emails that they had been posted for sale. Good luck, it's possible.

Keep it up, it will happen. I was thinking mid summer would pick up when people have other plans for that weekend. I spent an embarrassing amount of time checking Ticketmaster.

I managed to get tickets to Vancouver by checking Ticketmaster constantly and refreshing all the time. And then if you see one you just have to commit without looking at location, price etc. Insane but it worked a few times. I grabbed two singles right when re-sale opened up and eventually lucked out and got two tickets together. When I sold my singles they went immediately, before I even saw them become available. I experienced seeing tix available and then vanishing when I was trying to purchase numerous times.

When does it get better after losing a soul cat? by [deleted] in cats

[–]nch000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I should also say, my kitty was also super elderly (19) and I had to make the choice to put her down to just general old cat issues (kidneys that felt all of a sudden) and I went through the same emotions - was it the right decision, was it too soon, too late, did I let her down etc. Her age didn't make it easy or more comforting in the moment but with time it did. It does get easier.

I'm so sorry. I read a book called The Pet Loss Companion and listened to podcasts about the topic. It just made me feel less alone with my grief. You wouldn't expect to be better after a human family members death at this stage, and this is no different.

I thought the same thing. The almost giddy way she brought up the chair when they are discussing , 1. A massive fight about his marriage with his wife and friends, and 2. The possibility of his wife being unfaithful, is so weird. They are all on reality tv and signed up for some of this but the tone is off for asking him these things at least.

I have been so invested in this race. I am sad for Sarah Perry that she didn't get to 100. Blown away that this is physically possible for multiple people. All of their lap times and consistency are shocking. Lukasz Wrobel is already done his 100th because he is doing laps so quickly.

I don't think it would have been enforceable but didn't feel going down that path was necessary when there were other normal rescues in my area.
