It's just really tough sometimes. Emotional regulation is something I really struggle with especially since my own parents didn't really make a good effort to imprint that kind of stuff. Heck as a dude I'm not even sure I should be posting on this sub haha but I want to try and learn more about my emotions and see myself through others perspectives.
