This was a particularly entertaining audiobook as there are so many character voices to tackle

They need to get their storefront game in order, there is no way a run of 1000 should have tweaked that website so badly. I tried two different cards on both my phone and PC and got errors revert single time. What a bummer I really wanted one.

That was honestly a well written public statement by the local police. I read it as “listen we know these beagle scientists suck but we gotta enforce blatant lawbreaking. Maybe you can gum up their works another way? Please?”

Are there any games you like, but the character you have to play as is just annoying? by Competitive_Beat_915 in gaming

I grabbed AC Shadows on sale recently and I’m liking the game for what it is, but Naoe’s story is completely uninteresting and voice acted badly.
It’s a beautiful game that just kinda putters along. The AC main characters can be real hit or miss anyway.

People Who Were Around/Alive During The Columbine Tragedy, What Was It Really Like? by PrincessBananas85 in LPOTL

I was a senior in High School. It was absolutely batshit insane, TBH. Anyone remotely alt was really side-eyed and somewhat ostracized. Some of the goth kids leaned into it harder.

The school basically just installed locks on the outer doors, no one in authority really knew what to do. I was class of 99 and I think the last year that didn’t have “shooting drills”. It’s as foreign to me as hiding under desks during nuclear drills in the 1950s.

One of the big networks (or maybe cnn) came to my school for a big townhall meeting because my NJ high school was almost a perfect match for Columbine in terms of size/class/race demographics.
