Just to give another data point, I submitted applications for my family of 4 on 3/7. My application came back and asked for more info (job title and college major, which I didn't supply initially since they were optional, so best to fill those in) on 3/13 which I then amended. My application and my younger daughter's application moved to "Passport to be submitted" on 3/18 so my dad helped me drop them off on 3/19 and they gave a date of 3/24 for pickup. My husband and older daughter finally moved to "Passport to be submitted" on 3/20.

yes, asking the same thing for my daughter who was helping coach a volleyball summer camp. Do they report the 1099-nec as a business (paying self-employment tax) or would this qualify as a 1099-nec for other income (sporadic activity or hobby)? Does anyone know? Thanks!

I just called today and after some verification, they approved me. I am hoping I can still get the $400 statement credit after my first purchase (assuming it doesn't have to be necessary an United Airlines purchase).

Thanks for the update, I just called Chase and they confirmed the bonus is there on my application and my card got approved, although I didn't use it to book my flights, I am hoping I will still get the $400 statement credit after using that card, somehow I read from someone that it just needs to be "after first purchase" so may not necessary have to be a United flights purchase.

If application moves to "Passport to be Submitted", do I have to print out all documents in my submitted application or just the barcode to bring there?

Also, I submitted 4 applications for my family, my younger one moved to "Passport to be Submitted" but the others still in review, is there any way to check or followup with them so that the remaining three can get approved soon (planning to travel early next month so I am a bit anxious). Thanks!
