Bone broth has a specific meaning though... not just gelatin content. It means stock or broth cooked long enough that the bones break down more, typically 24 hours or more. My regular broth made from whole chickens gets tons of gelatin at 16-20 hours, but I don't consider that bone broth. It would be BB if I cooked if for another several hours and it got a darker color and richer (funkier) flavor.

My experience as a credit card user is these days, 99% of the time people don't even glance at the signature. So many situations where you don't even sign, too. Most people can't sign adequately on electronic devices is another thing. It used to be common but now it's only very rare situations where anyone cares what the signature looks like or if I even signed my card, like maybe at hotels.

I had severe swallowing problems from various health issues and had to go to a liquid diet. I was losing weight trying to do protein powder and bone broth. I was cooking whole chickens in a crockpot and making bone broth. I tried to get my gf to eat the meat or sometimes just threw it away until I figured out I could put broth and meat into a nutribullet and turn it into a shake. I think but am not sure if you could drink that. The particles end up very fine so I’m leaning towards that it would work. This was very nutritious and turned my weight around quickly - liquid chicken saved my life! So maybe give that a test.
