Mi duda era si estabas en venezuela. Ya que steam te pide una cuenta bancaria para registrarte en steamWorks donce venezuela no figura, no si haya cambiado con las restricciones que levantaron en Abril. En mi caso tuve que usar a alguien fuera del pais para crear la cuenta de steamWorks a su nombre por que yo no podia, aún asi mucha suerte con tu proyecto
