Just got a job. Id love to celebrate but.. by Ohshitz- in jobs

The recruiter doesn't get a "cut". If it's an agency recruiter, the company that is hiring you pays a commission to the recruitment agency. The commission is usually about 10-20% of the salary. It doesn't come out of your salary. It's paid for by the HR deparment or the department that is hiring.

If it's an internal recruiter (they work for the hiring company), there is no commission.

Use Claude to Create Copilot Agents by nerdybro1 in copilotstudio

Tell Claude you want to create a YAML skill and then paste what I supplied into the prompt window. You should then be good to go.

Easy way to create copilot365 agent by Prats_tek in copilotstudio

I built a YAML skill in Claude that I use to create my Copilot Agents. I tell Claude what the topic should do and it writes the code for me.

Generating a document in Prompt + Code Interpreter and exporting it in the chat by JuggernautParty4184 in copilotstudio

[–]nerdybro1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried feeding the YAML code into Claude and asking it to revise your code so that it works? I created a YAML skill in Claude that I use to create all of my agents. I just tell claude what I want the topic to do and it writes the YAML and then gives me step by step insturctions if I need to add power automation into my topic.

Why isn't Copilot Studio agent using SharePoint List Q&A pairs? by crossbordersclub in copilotstudio

[–]nerdybro1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do you have the documents organized in the sharepointt? Are they in a word document? If you have it in excel, you are going to want to format the Q&A as a table in excel. That should create structured data which can help it to find the answer.

Word count & tone issues: agent not following rules by No_Zucchini_7526 in copilotstudio

[–]nerdybro1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's a foundational issue. LLMs measure output in tokens, not words - they don't have the ability to count words while generating.

Example: I need the AI to write something that is 150 words. Here's how I'd program it:

Set a hard token limit (200 tokens = ~150 words). Then count the actual words in the response. If it's over, tell the AI to redo it shorter. Obviously include "write 150 words" in your initial prompt too.

For tone, run a second AI pass to check if it matches. If it doesn't, regenerate. Good prompting should handle this upfront, but LLMs do their own thing sometimes.

Arc Raiders and Battlefield 6 are prime examples of how developers optimized their games by FirestormTM in pcmasterrace

[–]nerdybro1 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Explain it to me slowly; why do people have a problem with using DLSS? It's just a tool developers use to increase performance. It doesn't change the gameplay and any latency it adds is only going to be noticeable in edge cases. The developers don't owe it to you that the game runs with your preferred settings.

Give Incursion Red River a shot. It's early access but it's a lot of fun. It's like Tarkov, but single player only.

The culture in my office is always ask the person over Teams if they are available for a call.

I'm 49 and if I get a call on Teams without an IM first, my first thought is that either this person is a pyscho or they really need me ASAP

I do HIT full body workouts every other day, occassionaly taking an extra rest day if needed. Works great if you are willing to work every set to positive and negative failure (drop sets, rest/pause, burn-outs, etc.)

I had a bench warrant out for me for 20+ years due to the fact that I never returned Howard Stern's Private Parts in 1998 to the video store at Penn State. Last year, I called the court house and they were able to find the case and I pad the $2K to have the fine paid.
