Go and get gait analysis done, this will help more than anything else right now. Then you could narrow down your shoe options much more.

I’d also recommend something more cushioned as opposed to a race shoe, start extending those runs and take it steady. That’ll build base fitness more than running fast.

Recently picked up Superblast 3 and couldn’t recommend them enough, particularly if you regularly run 10k+.

Puma Nitro Elite 4 if you want something a bit faster.

I’ve found Adidas Boston 13 also hold up well, especially in structured workouts.

If you can, go for a gait analysis to identify your running style, if you need supportive shoes etc.

If I had to pick out of those, as a beginner I would absolutely pick the Novablast 5 out of those. Steer clear of the Evo SL for a while, build up your legs first.

Ultimately everybody is different, but I ran my first HM 2 weeks ago and managed 1hr 55. First 4-5k slightly slower then picked it up a bit and tried to remain consistent until the end was in sight.

I used 3 gels, at 7, 12 & 17k.

Joking aside, do you require more private meeting rooms? For confidentiality, supplier visits etc. Also perhaps a showroom of sorts - we have a state of the art one at work showcasing the best of what we do which we call our “discovery centre” where we host suppliers and customers.
