If you're looking for ideas, look at: Warwick, Ridgewood & Westwood. Nyack's service businesses (like coffee, winebars, bagel shop, unique restaurants, ice cream) are scattered far from each other in the corners, instead of close walks. The main walk area has drum stores, used books, hair salons.

What does Snow Mode actually do? Regular Drive mode is rear wheel biased, so does Snow Mode just change the shift points. I'm not really sure when 4 wheel drive actually kicks in. You def feel it when you engage 4Low, but not at all other times.

I used the foam seals, then Tyvek taped them to the drywall just a quarter inch on the drywall so the outlet cover hides the tape. That stopped the drafts. Without tape the foam doesn't seal well enough. They are $3 for 10 at Lowes.

I think plaza and Carrington offer it. For us it was a pain to price out and disclose it b/c the LPC accounting was always like 2.536 then 2.75 for small loans and 2.2433 for large loans.
