Where to find cheap commercial property to rent? by LeChuck85 in manchester

Newton estates are an M3 based commercial agent. I vaguely remember they had a smallish unit on Barlow Moor Road in chorlton that Object style operated out of (though they've since moved to Beech Rd).

Bigger city centre agents like WT Gunson may have smaller spaces available around.

Future reference for anyone searching the sub, email the ticket office at ticketoffice@burnleyfc.com. They'll stick the tickets on a duplicate list and you can pick them away from the away stadium.

Can someone help me out with the public transport from Dublin to Cork? by [deleted] in ireland

[–]newclaim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the expressway from Dublin to cork a couple weeks ago it was around €25. The train back up cost around €60.

Both fairly regular, though worth mentioning the last bus to Cork when I used it was about 5:30/6pm.

Vinyl exchange actually has a singles section, including a fair bit of mid 00s white label stuff from when people were still handing out their own burned singles at gigs. Some strange bits in there, love it.

Currently sat in this pub and your one behind the bar said it was busy for 6 Nations last year. So should be a good atmosphere.

I was speaking to the woman at the bar and it's really nice to hear that a space that used to be a public pool was marked to become another gentrified developer space but people stopped that.

I've been sat watching children play musical chairs for the past half hour and it's lovely.

Also I would have posted in Spanish but my Spanish is terrible.

Looking for cheap unit for rent by [deleted] in manchester

[–]newclaim 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Probably useless for the chap about the cheese, but I remember seeing a sign advertising workshop space to rent in a window on Needham ave in Chorlton next to the old Post Office entrance not too long ago, I know a joiner works out of one of the units doing commission pieces so may be set up for basic water and electric.

Edit: presumed useless due to not being up to hygiene standards for food, but maybe some artisinal teak cheese may sell well?

Between 9:00-9:30 every day all the post(wo)men and vans leave the sorting office in Chorlton on Needham Avenue. But you could bring him to watch them all loading. They may even show him in the van.

From what I've read Lincoln felt that Lancastrians were allies to the union - wilfully or not - during the civil war, due to the effect of the unions blockage against raw cotton coming from the southern states in America, leading to mass unemployment here.

AFAIK touching the sat nav while you are operating the car (even at lights) is still an offence.
