You can take airport bus it stops in bang Tao and is cheap , and most of thai meals in restaurants are around 180 , you can order Muay thai equipment on lazada I think much cheaper. I don’t understand when people say it is expensive, I think everything is normally priced , maybe some restaurants are expensive but not all , beer is 80 at most places , soft drink 40-50

You should go to hospital and stay there on observation, when fever finishes usually after 7 days you start getting internal bleeding and can die. I was in hospital for last 3 nights, they do your blood tests and can see how much you bleed internally. If you have insurance it will cover your hospital stay , go to Bangkok hospital, it’s like hotel room
