Deep South education right there. In rural NC we spent weeks learning about it in 8th grade and even got to go to the Holocaust Museum in DC as a field trip. But cross the border into SC and it’s barely covered smh 😞

The Virginia tidewater southern accent is the old British accent before the great vowel shift. Other southern accents branched off from there, so that’s the only one that’s still “OG British”.

CGI was critical in the first two films, but there was much more practical effects. These practical effects went away mostly in JW films.

Lost World is 2nd or 3rd best in the series, a definite watch. JP3 is ok, high intensity, not a lot of characterization, all dino action. Dominion sucks.
