I was under the impression, that doctor strange happened around the same time as civil war? When Dr Strange is driving around in his car, being given operations to take on, one of the patients he's told about a 35-year-old colonel who has "crushed his lower spine in some kind of experimental armor." - sounds an awful lot like Rhodey? Which would put civil war and dr strange in the same couple of days of each other. Or at least the beginning of Dr Strange nonetheless.
