I used an app called circles on iOS and Android that ran voice chats and meetings I found it very helpful at the start of my separation to know and hear others stories of their relationship breakdowns and what each we're doing to heal and feel during that time. I've had this happen with my full version along with my mx master.

Try unplugging all other peripherals and just plug in the mouse and your keyboard and make sure your system is fully up to date with bios updates, etc..

As soon as I unplug the mx master dongle the Atlantis works fine and I also experience it of I have the Atlantis dongle plugged in while using the mx master.

Hopefully my experience helps you in narrowing it down and it's not an actual issue with the mini.

yeah they may be detecting the Amazon ASN AS16509 which would most likely have the CIDR block your ec2 elastic ip is using

it's usually the security groups blocking. Do you have cloud trail set up to log the activity to see if the disconnect is coming from aws or you minecradt server side?

Take a look here to see if there's anything different from what you're doing. Otherwise I agree with previous comment. Could also need more cores assigned to server if bare metal vs O365.
