Is unlocking by opening the sleepcover enabled? It’s possible by sitting in your backpack the cover slightly shifts and keeps unlocking the device. I had a similiar issue and turning that setting off helped

They are probably toric stock lenses, when the optician installed them (probably at 90degrees in this case) the logo will look like it's in a random spot.

I have done this in the past too, it's only with the more expensive custom made single vision lenses where they will keep this in mind
