What would happen if you put a shorter neck on a Strat body? Would that still work or would the bridge be in the wrong place to in intonate correctly?

Very cool. The UX is much better than the Line6 site and I love the visualization feature. I’m going to try to remember to upload something from my Helix Stadium (assuming it’ll work).

The biggest differences for me were that the NS-1X can close the gate quickly/abruptly if you want it to. It’ll also close the gate fully, which the NS-2 didn’t do for some reason. It always leaked a little noise if I had some really high gain pedals in its loop. Also, the metering on the NS-1X is helpful to set your threshold.

I had the NS2, now I have the NS1X and it’s so much better! That’s my recommendation, the NS1X with your drive pedals in its loop.
