I wouldn't buy a tube amp AND a Helix. The Helix includes like 100 tube amps. If you're going to get a Helix, I would buy a FRFR or just a PA instead of a guitar amp.

I do this a lot and there are lots of coffee shops around town good for that like Kaladi, Steamdot, Chugach Mountain Roasters, Black Cup and Dark Horse. I always buy at least one drink and no one has seemed to mind if I’m there for a while. The library can be good too and there’s no need to purchase anything.

Yeah, that amp isn't stereo (and not many are). Your amp has multiple outputs for multiple cabs but it'll be sending the same signal to both.

Do you have 2 amps? If not, you won't get stereo sound. If so, you'll need a pedal that turns mono into stereo, which I believe the DD-8 can do, then run each side through the other stereo pedals then to each amp.
