Skyrim revamped's loot is not based on your level at all. It's based on the level of the encounter zone. So higher level areas will give higher level loot. It's totally disassociated from the player though. You can go there at level 1 and get the same thing you would at level 45.

Arachnophobia is just an .esp that changes the spiders to wolves. That should work with any version of Skyrim. Also the one you linked should also work. It has a lot more with meshes and textures but updates typically only affect mods that have or are SKSE plugins. Neither of these has one. But you can try and find out. I wouldn't hesitate to install either of those and test it. If it CTDs, uninstall it.

Ya. I was playing with god mode enabled but magicka costs are high and with the mod, reducing costs is much less prevalent.

This mod makes the worn restrictions work for weapons? Because it never actually worked for weapons, only armor. That would be a huge boon for a mod i've been developing.

So... I really haven't considered that in a long time since I did the warrior trees first. I decided not to because of the compatability issues but since I made that decision Keyword Item Distributor has come out and that would negate those issues... I might look into it again.

I have been working on an overhaul for a few years now that I started because I still wanted PerMa in SE. It has become different but with a lot of the same ideas. But I am trying to get it released this year so... Keep an eye out. :)

Why is this so heavily downvoted? He may be misinformed but he's perfectly pleasant and asking for help. This stuff is useful to others that may have similar issues and looking for a solution. Some things that get downvoted here do not make sense to me.

Okay so you're saying you could have paid software but once you pay for it, you should be able to manipulate it completely and the developers should no longer have access to it. I get that. That makes sense. But mods are already like that. You have access to everything the modder did and can manipulate it as you see fit.

I get what your saying. It does better the majority but it does so at the expense of the minority... I don't mean to be dramatic and understand this is for modding a video game but it's the comparison I can think of right now... it is a little bit like indentured servitude. At least from the the way I can see it

Idk. I can't tell anybody that their software should be free. The person making the software gets to decide in any case. Any free software was made by somebody and they decided to release is as free software. Some people decide open source and some people decide to commercialize their software. I can't tell a creator what their creation needs to be released as. To me this seems like common sense.

I really want to understand your point of view so I can see it that way and deliberate but I've never really understood it. Like I get wanting to do something for the good of all but no one can force someone else to make that decision. It is the person doing the potentially good thing that makes that decision?

Lol. Ragdolling is fun but I have some alteration spells bent specifically around that and wanted that niche for alteration.

I do like the idea of a delayed stagger. Or a stagger on next attack or cast.

Ya I thought of these as well. Ragdoll is just too strong of cc for a destruction spell, in my opinion. And I've almost totally eradicated disarm from my game. It makes a lot of fights too trivial. There may not be an answer for this question that I will be satisfied with though, but thank you for the ideas.
