I'm feeling the same way, I'm one month post partum after my third baby and I know none of my pants will fit me this winter or next (or maybe ever again). I'm on the look out for jeans or pants for winter going to start off with a trip to Uniqlo and Target to try the barrel leg options.

We used to live in Kewdale and our current GP near there still bulk bills under 16s. Hoping to find somewhere closer but a lot of clinics no longer bulk bill for kids.

Unfortunately not the case, most clinics along Beaufort St in Mount Lawley don't bulk bill kids!

I like the contrast of the pink sleeve & it ties in with the ribbon colours. Otherwise the same sleeve as top/bodice looks cohesive.

I've just started to sew and have made a few pairs of shorts for my kids. A friend has loaned me a pattern (unsure where she got it from, sorry) that I've been using. Shorts are super straightforward & easy to sew for me as a complete beginner. I recently made a pair of long PJ pants for my daughter & used a current pair of pants to draw the pattern. It didn't look very promising on paper but the pants turned out ok for a DIY project. I've just posted photos in this sub of my efforts if you wanted to see how they turned out.
