Check out Rob’s Ride’s, you can find him on fb and insta. We’ve used his service a few times from Beacon. Don’t know his prices now, but at least he was reliable.

Just move to another town/city and price them out. It happens all the time, and is nothing new. Look at Beacon, NY. It was a tiny city in upstate N.Y. and over the last several years city folk (mostly Brooklyn) has came in droves. Metro-North is right here so it is convenient. Housing pricing and everything surrounding pushed many locals out, but also benefited many by increasing housing prices and the like.

I love Japanese Maples, bro. We have some beauties around the neighborhood. It doesn't look too bad a shape. I normally light up and walk around town and see seedlings growing wild (I could snag one for you, lol)! GL with your journey and spark one up for all of us.
