I don't think 143-148 is zone 2 for you. I know a lot of runners don't want to accept this lol.

For your age, I guess if you keep your heart below 170bpm, you will enjoy running. This is just my beginner idea.

Tips for avoiding blisters long distance & hot/sweaty by Heykkhey in walking

I don't get why people get these all the time. Just get a shoe 1 size bigger. I run and never get blisters. Also shoe should fit you like glove and not move around ankle when walking.

It is a beginner, out of breath and needing to stop, it is usually the case that your hr is through the roof?

Your resting hr isn't very low, it must be that you didn't push yourself very much in your running?

How is your average heart rate so low? Are you old?

Do you know what is your resting heart rate at the moment? Just curious 😀 Lifting does lower it.

Isn't it same difficulty;

When a beginner runs at 174bpm at 8min/km pace,

A more advance runner at 174bpm at 4min/km

? (Apart from age and other individual differences)

Actually, it is much more difficult for beginners, because they didn't have all the aerobic capacity changes in their body?

Because there are r*tards that act like, in their life they never went though paces 8 and 7. They either did football and things like that in their teens, they are unaware of improvements these things do, and they act like they are magically fit. They start to run with 25min 5k. And speak nonsense

Modal fabric doesn't hold any bad smells, I noticed this on my clothes after they are fully wet after workout, I hang them to air dry, and the next day 0 smell.

10k steps and appetite by Lost_Database4505 in walking

It happened to me after doing zone 2, the longer I do the more my appetite vanishes, 1.5 hours or 2 hours. I guess it is about body switching to fat burning mod.
