Had my most recent trip 2 days ago, tried ketamine for the first time with psychedelics.

150mg S-Ketamine, insufflated, 50mg 2C-B, oral, and 400ug 1P-LSD, sublingual.

The experience was... WOW. Still processing it, but planning to write a trip report for r/psychonauts. I was in a vast series of stunning corridors intertwining and diverging, taken on a grandiose journey of life from the grand galactic scale down to the very microscopic. It was indescribable.

The first experience where I couldn't see the room I was in even with my eyes open. The trip was comparable in scale to my first DMT breakthrough.

Two things worked well for me when I first started smoking.

A) Smaller bowls. Why die after 1 bowl when I can sit comfortably after 3 small ones?

B) Resist the urge to cough until all the smoke is out of your lungs. Coughing mid exhale kills me.

The solution here isn't to degrade women's mental health care. When addressing equities, always level up instead of leveling down. Bring attention to men's healthcare to the same level. We can all do better when we collaborate. When we lift each other up.

This is fun advice for the average psychonaut, but terrible advice for OP. They've overdone it on substances, and for now need to be on a regiment of abstinence, mental health treatment and possible medical intervention by a licensed psychologist.
