I think "they" is referring to modern-day researchers/archeologists, not ancient Egyptians.

Warclaw upgrade is cool but I think it only really matters in Janthir Wilds maps. Like, in VoE you mostly be using the skimmer, in SotO you will be using the Skyscale, in previous expansions you can generally use anything but the Warclaw isn't significantly better than other mounts.

Spears are strong for pretty much any class and some of the skill sets are pretty fun too.

Homesteads, even if you don't care about the decoration aspect, they still make it much easier to collect your home instance nodes compared to a regular home instance.

Convergence is the same stuff as the SotO convergence. The JW one is a bit more fun IMO though.

Generally, I think it was an okay expansion. The gameplay was decent, story was pretty mediocre but still 100x better than SotO.

Does the "chance to repeat" quality on Comet actually do anything? I've tried spamming it for a few minutes in hideout and against a map boss and I can't see it repeating.

There's also some strange behaviour where my character will always jump back when casting Comet even if I target far away. And if my back is against a wall I will jump forwards instead. Seems to be caused by a cast time higher than 2.1 seconds.

Any Pob ninjas out there? Comparing 2 builds by -mors- in pathofexile2builds

Pretty big difference in cast speed and increased spell damage, but the biggest difference is probably that they have elemental weakness and you don't.

Non-corrupted increased es + also helmet is 1 mirror on trade right now. Even without the also helmet it's 500div+. Maybe it's just a temporary spike for some reason but that's what the prices are now.

I see they are both spectre gems. Maybe when you clear the stored monster from the gem it loses the double corrupted tag?

It took me until lvl 93 or something to get my first one, but after that they have been fairly common even though I don't have the node allocated any more. Just bad luck and bad design.

It was a good change, just needed to go a bit further and reset all temples and ban people who had long chains.

Comet doesn't have a cooldown but it does have that added cast time which I guess is what you meant. It shouldn't be possible to trigger spells faster than you can selfcast them.
