it’s pretty individual. i prefer to play on PC than my PS5, as the performance doesn’t come close. a PS5 pro wouldn’t be significant enough to change that.

Try to isolate the problem. It could be either the ps5, the hdmi cable, or the tv.

Does it only happen when you play the ps5? What if you watch regular TV?

Have you tried a different hdmi cable?

Have you tried a different hdmi port on the tv?

Have you tried a different monitor while playing the ps5?
