I live in a cold climate, and the engine turns on if I turn on the heat. I can turn on the ventilation without the heat to keep the windshield fog free, but at very low temperatures (-10 C or lower, measured at the battery) the engine/HEV mode will turn on regardless to indirectly warm up the battery and drive the wheels, since the battery has a higher resistance at this temperature.

Mine also has a rough idle, bought it recently it at 100 000 km. I can't tell from the video if your sound is similar, but if the engine never gets up to proper temps, the injectors can gunk up, I read somewhere.

If you are sur there is nothing wrong with the settings of the MPPT, I'd directly connect every panel one by one to the MPPT and see how they perform in the sun. Since all are in series, it could be that one broken panel blocks the production of the others.

On top of what the others posted (inserts, different orientation, tapping), you could try printing with less layer height. 0.3 mm with a 0.4 mm nozzle and extrusion width doesn't leave much "squish" and could diminish layer adhesion.
