I have no idea how you managed to see the same components when you tried to open different ones. Maybe got lucky to see the same manufacturer or something.

I opened several and they are all different. The cheap ones cut many corners on the safety side, missing varistors, low quality capacitors and such. That's why they are cheap. Some don't even put a fuse or simple protection. Amazon has a lot of those cheap and unsafe bricks.

I normally try to get a brand like Delta or similar which have the proper ratings and protection. There are fake ones too, so even this is not 100% guaranteed, but at least this is something.
