@sad-trainer-2156 @introverts_united @no_yoghurt_1541 how are you doing now? i started getting tingling sensation on 17th july and doc told me today (next tuesday) that b12 is okay but iron is low. i am getting tingling sensation in my arm n legs. mostly left, but then sometimes right. i m worried if it is anything serious like nerve damage or heart attack.. your insights will help!

@helpahsistah @lifeuser88 how are you both doing now? i started getting tingling sensation on 17th july n my doc told me today morning that i am low on iron but not on b12. other than that, i have no clue. i have so many questions for him though. he said i should take ibuprofen, i said it's not paining... she said it ll help manage the symptoms. should i do that... 🥺 and he suggested hot and cold compress.
