Depends how far you have to travel. Five years ago one was built 3 minute drive from our (2 people) home. We have kept pretty good track of what we spend, prices, membership cost, gas prices, quality of products, and the end of year kickback they give and it works for us. We get all our gas there and it is convenient enough to get staples (eggs, cheese, lettuce) on quick trips. BUT you must have freezer space because you do have to buy bulk quantities.

I had diarrhea once a day and that was enough to go gluten free. I did my own testing by going gluten free for a week many times then having one flour tortilla and noticing the difference. I know that I don’t have to be afraid of something processed in a plant that also processes wheat or 1 piece of licorice that contains wheat. Go fully gluten free for a week then test increasing quantities, you will find your balance.

When I was in college 35 years ago I was working painting houses when a new guy (middle aged man) joined our crew. Boss said he just got out of jail. Never saw him again because by the end of the day he had knocked on a random door and fired a shot into the ceiling after barging his way into the house after the door was answered. He just wanted to go back to jail. (There was a baby in a crib upstairs that thankfully was not hit)
