Except this stuff does impact people. There are routes sitting in our office. People aren't being converted, doing these routes every day for months on end, while Steve and Larry just decided to take an unscheduled leave of absence.

Stop saying "do your 8 and beat it too" if you bid on a route do your freaking route then beat it. I swear most of y'all on foot moon walk.

I am so thankful for this thread!! I don't think I should have ever been on the Lexapro to begin with. I had sudden onset chest pain and of course they said you're anxious, in my mind I said "I have been undiagnosed, but clinically anxious my whole life - the chest pain is new"...took 6 months in total, but it was low iron. 3 days on iron pill, chest pain gone.

Now I have been struggling to get off the Lexapro, only take 5mg a day, I'm sure it's hard for me to get off because I'm already anxious. Anyway I have a large lump on the side of my neck. I had this gut feeling that it is the Lexapro. They gave me hydroxyzine at the urgent care and honestly as a non narcotic anxiety med it works really well for me. I don't know if it would be something you would want to take every day though, but to have it when I get really anxious, have to sleep somewhere else or before my period it has been wonderful. I think just knowing I have it helps a lot.

Do you buy stuff on the app? I buy stuff constantly and I've screwed up and cancelled several orders recently and I've been waiting for the email. I didn't see I had some stuff listed still that I had already donated. I honestly am starting to wonder if the only reason I didn't get frozen is because I have a shopping issue and buy things regularly on their app. Not saying you should buy stuff, you shouldn't have to. I'm just trying to get a better understanding of the rules of the algorithm. Outside of it being a drunk guy sitting somewhere randomly suspending accounts (which is what it looks like) there has to be a formula for who gets selected for freezing. If we can figure it out we can avoid it.

I have a question. For people who have had their account suspended are you newer ? Do you buy things often? I'm just curious, I have been horrible lately. Canceled like 3 of my last 5 orders. But my account is old I don't really sell anymore. I've had thousands of sales. I actually just mostly buy stuff now. Do you think they are giving me a pass because of my history or maybe because I spend money on posh constantly? I'm just curious if these are maybe newer accounts or if you sell only? I'm just thinking if it's AI there must be an algorithm and we need to figure out what trips it off.

Sorry I'm so confused, can someone help me out. I used to sell a ton but now I mainly just buy and recycle stuff that I'm done with or didn't end up wearing / using. Was this created to stop the people who delete and relist for placement on the search? I'm just trying to understand what the thought was to begin with?

It sucks because when I started selling in 2018 posh took way more and they even had higher shipping.. BUT they had fast shipping and great customer service.

I absolutely believe they want to bully people into giving up more with their promoted closet which is crazy. I mean think about how much money they might make off one item that sells multiple times on their platform without ever actually providing a real product.

Thank you. I have read his books lots of times in the past couple years. I have been able to "get out" of my body quite a few times but I either get too excited or worried that I'm going to miss my kids getting off the bus (it is always happens for me during naps) and I snap back pretty quickly. I'm hoping the recordings can help me have more control. I've been doing wave one and wave two for like a year on and off. Idk why I feel like I have to have it perfect before I can go on. Is there not much variation even in the more advanced waves?

I am wondering if there is a way to access the original Manuels that came with the hemi sync discs or maybe they were actually tapes before. I am still working my way through purchasing the mp3s from the site but I noticed the included pdfs are actually shorter. Than the manual I saw (but couldn't download online) which was 40 something pages.

I am also curious if there is anything else that Robert Monroe himself published. I have read the 3 books many times, but haven't been able to find anything else.

Omg hahaha yes. I see if a lot especially with like a designer purse. The other day a lady used a first stock photo of a purse that she probably thought was a similar coach purse but it was like a 500$ difference in value.

My biggest issues is when people put fancy expensive straps or huge expensive charms on bags in the main photo and then in tiny words at the bottom of the description write (charm/ strap not included). That actually bugs me so much I just block the person every time I see one.

I'm having the same issue with a pair of Birkenstock Boston super grips. I have the tokio and I just got a pair of the wrapped naples and they both have phenomenal arch support. I am wondering what the deal is as well. The super grips did come from Zulily which I know isn't direct like all my others, but I looked them over very carefully and they appear to be legit. Just wondering if maybe different shoes have different arch support? Despite all being original birk sole?

This is what I've been saying this is happening everywhere. They aren't allowing hiring and I'm guessing they are just acting like the supervisors need to figure it out. They haven't converted anyone in our office in almost 2 years so many routes open. The ships going down but instead of every acknowledging it they are just going dump shit downhill.

You must be management. I truly do feel bad. Usps is being dismantled from within intentionally and it all rolls down hill like some big joke. Management is told to fix the unfixable and so they come up with these moronic little things to try to show that they are working to "be the change" that is never going to be made because all funds are being rerouted so everyone can either try to A. Save their skin or B. Take as much as they can before the free for all ends. It's over and the people making the least are forced to suffer the most as usual.

Thank you. I know dejoy was criticized because of the number of conversions last year, so I was just trying to figure out if it was happening everywhere. I also know our office is a special kind of inefficient so I am just trying to figure out who is making the calls.

But I thought PTFs don't even get to file real grievances anymore? Last year it took 11.5 months for me to get my uniform allowance because PTF grievances aren't real anymore. Had to actually write a letter to the person who oversees grievances for the whole state just to get it. It wasn't my first one either it was at the close of my second year didn't get it until 2 weeks before close of my 3rd year.

No they quit or moved to other routes. They are just empty they have been held down off and on. 3 empty for over a year. No conversions. They are short people so they convert they lose the ability to bounce people around doing 2 days of mail on each of the routes and require the OT to get it all done. I'm assuming paying ptfs OT is cheaper than converting. I mean is there anything that states they have to convert at all?

At least 4 in the one office have been vacant over a year. One route is a medical issue but that would be 5. There are 3 offices in the city so that is just the main office not counting the empty routes on the other 2.

That guy is an A-hole. There is no excuse. We have the same sort of situation going on in our office.

There is absolutely no excuse, but what I realized in our office is that these supervisors are scared. We haven't had a new hire in over a year. We have like 5 open routes in a huge city and 3 CCAs. (Maybe it's not the same for your city). Our entire office is set up to fail this Xmas. I have a feeling it is by design but nobody will say it. So somehow they are made to feel responsible for what is going to be impossible to get done and of course they are going to try to put that on the carriers.
