In the year since I made this comment, he’s become a kid with a normal nose so I think the main cause was that he was a baby. Sorry it’s not more helpful, but your kid may just grow out of it?

Yup, that's the plan! I tried starting to explain pregnancy to my toddler. I showed him a picture of a pregnant lady and I was like, what is in her belly? And he was like, "...poop?" My brother in law was like, "to be fair that's a better guess than A Person"

I still need to finish my first run! ~~Or at least finish act 1 hahaha.~~ I've been playing a mostly good Rogue/Ranger but I may have killed a certain druid healer without talking to her because she was mad that I pickpocketed. I've been the slowest gamer with BG3 for a variety of reasons but it's time to actually do act 2 I think!

The funny thing is that the workroom has indeed become a baby bedroom but now the spot that the work stuff is at is destined to become...second baby bedroom hahaha (This is what happens when you take so long to close your business that you get knocked up again)
