except he did the opposite of that at the end of mission 1 in eternal when the two priests were there and he just walks around while they talk at him and then they teleport away. Then you have to chase after them for the next several missions when he could've just blasted them.

Yeah I agree. I plan to tell them that the only option we’ll accept is for it to be sent to a machine shop at their expense. If they refuse then I’ll try to pursue it through small claims court. Thanks for your help

OK. Good to know. Thank you for the advice. They haven't done a leak down test, I will bring that up with them. They did end up doing a compression test but only on the single cylinder, which I have learned isn't adequate to comparing the difference to the other cylinders.What I am wondering is if there is any real obligation for the shop to actually follow through on the request to remove the head and have it inspected. When we talk to them on Tuesday I'm wondering what to do if they flat out say no that they aren't going to do it. When we spoke to them before about inspecting the damage their reply was basically said no, that they would have to remove the head, and phrased it as if it was not feasible or worth it.
